Description of the Performance
Our repertoire is quite varied, ranging from religious songs to adaptations of contemporary pieces. We incorporate elements of traditional Cameroonian music, creating a fusion between modernity and cultural heritage. The Bantou Feeling Chorus recently won a choir competition organised by the Institut Français du Cameroun as part of the 'Chœurs 237' festival. This victory earned us a concert at the IFC with a fee of 350,000 FCFA, a testament to hard work motivated by the desire to do well.
Why We've Been Selected
The Bantou Feeling Chorus embodies the new generation of African choirs: strong, bold and constantly evolving. Our selection for the Choral Clash competition would be a strategic choice, as much for the quality of the show as for the cultural significance of the message we are carrying. The BFC has already proved its worth on the Cameroon choral scene, notably by winning a competition organised by the Institut Français du Cameroun as part of the Chœurs 237 festival. This professional recognition validates our high artistic level and our ability to shine in a competitive environment.
